Shipping policy

 SHIPPING

• All purchase orders are FOB Garland, Texas
• UPS, FedEx, USPS handles our domestic drop ship orders.
• If you wish to ship international orders with USPS (packaging info located at product page), please generate your ship label. You can either email label(s) to us at sales@chloelighting.com or you can fax to us at 972-278-7680, we will help you arrange USPS pick up.
• For LTL shipment, you have the option to arrange your trucking or we can arrange for you.
• Customers will be responsible for freight charges.
• Customers will also be responsible for any address correction(s).  Per package $17.00.

 FREIGHT ALLOWANCE

• All orders over $10,000.00 will qualify for freight allowed.
